CINEORA LEGAL

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These terms govern access to Cineora at cineora.tv. By creating an account, purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cineora provides authorised members with access to a curated private media catalogue, including popular and newly added movies and television programmes. Browser-compatible files may play on cineora.tv. The recommended full playback experience currently uses Infuse on supported Apple devices. Titles, release timing, features and catalogue availability may change, and Cineora does not promise that every announced or upcoming title will be available.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts and access may not be sold, transferred or shared outside the permitted household or membership terms.

3. Membership and payment

Cineora access is sold as a one-time payment for the period displayed before checkout. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. Payments are securely processed by SumUp. Cineora does not receive or store complete card or bank details. Access may be paused if a payment expires, fails or is reversed.

4. Important Infuse and device information

Infuse is a separate video-player application made and operated by Firecore. It is not part of Cineora, and Cineora is not affiliated with or endorsed by Firecore or Apple. A Cineora payment provides Cineora catalogue access only: it does not include Infuse Pro or any other Infuse purchase.

Infuse is currently available on supported Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac, and is not available for Android. Customers must download Infuse separately from Apple's App Store and may need to pay Apple or Firecore for optional Infuse Pro features. Infuse prices and purchase options are set by Firecore or Apple and may change. A dedicated Cineora Android playback option is planned, but it is not available yet and no release date is guaranteed.

5. Refer five customers

Refer five new customers who each purchase Cineora access and you will receive six months of Cineora access free. The reward is added after all five payments are confirmed. Cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent or self-referred memberships do not qualify. Send the referral details to @cineora_c_service_updates so the reward can be verified and applied.

6. Expiry and refunds

No future payment is taken automatically. Your account displays the date and remaining time until access ends. You may purchase another month manually after expiry. A payment does not automatically become refundable because access is unused or ends on the displayed date. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Permitted use

Cineora is for personal, private viewing by authorised members. You must not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, scrape, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use the library in violation of copyright or other law.

8. Content and availability

Titles may be added, updated or removed. Playback depends on the original file, browser, device, internet connection and codec support. Cineora does not guarantee that every title, subtitle, audio track or format will be available on every device at all times.

9. Third-party services

Cineora uses third-party services for sign-in, payments, transactional email, metadata, subtitles and hosting. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cineora is not responsible for the availability, pricing, compatibility or independent operation of Infuse, Apple's App Store or another third-party service.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, account misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity or serious breach of these terms. Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cineora is provided without guarantees beyond those required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes and governing law

Cineora may update these terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, security requirements or third-party services. Material changes that negatively affect an active purchase will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Changes will not remove rights already acquired during a paid access period.

These terms, and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising from or connected with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another European Union or European Economic Area country, this choice of Irish law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms restricts any right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in a court permitted under applicable consumer law.
